meet ksenia

Ksenia is a conceptual art director, marketer, self-shooting DOP-director & a self-taught photographer specialising in music videos, cinematic commercial content & short films.

Her childhood spent in Moscow & London while her teenage years spent in Hamburg & Tokyo reflect Ksenia’s visual style. This fusion of cultural backgrounds figures her unconventional approach, yet forming a cinematically harmonious duality. High gloss & darkness. Temporary youth & taboos.

Her work explores narrative storytelling in an intuitive, observant, barefaced, provocative, yet rational ways.

"Being raised without constant access to the internet I was heavily inspired by MTV music videos and pop culture displayed by the channel, as well as the impactful 90s Russian crime films."

"Photographers & filmmakers always remember their first camera — it marks the beginning of their journey. Mine was given to me by my grandfather. A wooden frame; no film, no flash, no memory card."

Ksenia's art does not just end in film, but is an extension of her fashion photography background. She expresses her creative passion and artistic drive in various forms and mixed media. She creates cinematic low-fi music beats with siren-like vocals, draws designs & tattoos.

Ksenia currently lives in Berlin, where she is in the final stages of putting together her debut short film ‘Princess Peach’, whilst writing the script for her short series ‘Varvara’.

She continues to build her anti.klip production and anti.kontent digital agency working on branding, content creation & music videos.

Ksenia is committed to crafting narratives that resonate with and motivate young minds. Her focus lies in capturing the essence of characters and communities through storytelling that inspires. With a mission to breathe life into values, elevate talents into symbols, and imbue insights with meaning, she seeks to ignite a sense of purpose and possibility in the next generation.
